 WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATIONS

Weather is always a consideration when booking a fishing charter.  It is solely up to the Captain's discretion as to whether or not it is safe enough to sail.  Weather along the coast does change quite frequently.

The Captain will call you 24 hours prior to your trip to advise you of the latest weather conditions.  Little River Sportfishing will give you a full refund if your trip is cancelled due to weather.  You may also reschedule your charter with no loss to you the client.

If a trip is cut short due to weather related issues it is solely up to the Captain if any portion of that trip will be refunded.  Any discounts or refunds will be agreed upon between Captain and Client on the day of the charter and noted in payment agreement.

If your Charter is cancelled due to weather or for an unforeseen reason, Little River Sportfishing is not responsible for the fees incurred for your accommodations or other travel related expenses.

Damages to belongings should be damaged during your trip (such as cameras, phones etc.) are not the responsibility of Little River Sportfishing.  We highly recommend that you keep your personal belongings in a water proof bag until needed.
